Project Runway?

Flying back from AZ for Turkey day and  I noticed a story running on CNN during my lay over.  It’s about how supermodels and runway models in general make men body conscious and is now the reason many men are beginning to get into shape.

What’s my take?  I think any reason which causes someone to improve their physical health and as a result have a better body is a plus.  For women to feel physical attraction, you don’t have to look like a pro athlete or an iron man competitor.  You just have to look as if you are making an effort to take of yourself.  That’s it.

Now, the idea of men feeling under pressure to attract models and as a result feeling inadequate is completely unhealthy and counterproductive.  Obviously it’s so common for guys to believe that they want to date models it’s really more a cliché.  It’s mostly an ego trip.  For instance, have you ever dated a model before?  Do you have access to models?  Have you had friends that date models?  Have you ever spoken to a model?  How do you know you want to date “models”?  Generally the answer to that question revolves around exterior validation when dealing with men who have very little experience with women.

When you begin The Dating Matrix 28 Day Program you’ll complete an ideal mate profile.  And I can tell you that very rarely is the output the profile of a model.  In fact, the final package consistently has a lot of variance from guy to guy.

So let me ask you, do you know your ideal mate profile?
