Today’s blog may be a bit colored by the fact I’m reading Jack Nicholson’s new bio (as well as about 10 other books).  Anyway, I’m enjoying Thanksgiving with my family in Arizona but I wanted to drop a couple of thoughts:

1. Learning to express yourself without fear creates connections with people extremely quickly.
2. The degree to which you are outgoing is a direct relationship to how comfortable you are with yourself.
3. Your level of self comfort is as easy to read as the sun in the sky

When people sense you are comfortable with yourself, you are instantly credible. This helps in all facets of life.  With women, coworkers, employees, friends, and new people you meet.
