Advice like this tells me the author has no clue with women.  He’s probably the guy who stands in place for 2 hours and breaks out in a sweat when he thinks of opening a set of girls.  Yes friends, confidence is key but what are the steps necessary to internalize it?  I guess one only need to “buck up” and “Stand up straight” to do so?
