Movie and Dinner Dates: Is this the most creative you get when deciding where to take a date? Does it end with you trying for an awkward kiss at the end of the evening? A successful date happens over more than one venue, but venues where you are able to execute verbal/non verbal skills. How can you build rapport watching a movie is there going to be any Flirting?

In order to do this effectively, I suggest you plan the places you take her to something that has built in entertainment but allows you to communicate. Art galleries, wine tastings, shopping, comedy clubs, or going out as a group all help relieve the pressure of a 1 on 1 interface.

You are simply attending an event together, and whatever background activity that is happening removes the focus from being entirely on your verbal/non verbal skills.

So don’t take your next hot date to a movie.
